Our Clientele

Since relocating to our custom-designed premises over ten years ago, we have really stepped up a gear, serving great plates of food for customers who book with us time and time again. Whether you are arranging a small, intimate gathering at home or a large party like a wedding reception or an anniversary celebration, we’ve got you covered.

Our wedding breakfasts are especially popular with our clientele, and although these require a great deal of planning and preparation, our friendly and experienced team are here to provide free advice at every step of the way.

“Me? I just love to cook – anything! My working life started with producing confectionery goods for cafés, shops and restaurants around Hereford, and it has not stopped. 45 years on, there has barely been a day when I haven’t cooked something.

Being creative with food is a full-time passion. Using lovely ingredients to produce delicious food is an art form. I am passionate about evolving with taste trends and constantly creating modern and contemporary dishes.

I’ve been lucky to have travelled to different parts of the world, to see different cuisines and source amazing ingredients – seeing how they are grown and how they reach our plates. I’ve always run my own business and from small beginnings, the firm has grown into a thriving, vibrant, established company.

Over the years, I feel I have built up an excellent reputation for producing some of the best food available anywhere. A complete understanding of customers’ requirements is vital, and I am proud that some of the original clients I started with are still choosing my food all these years later.”

I first joined Christine’s catering over 20 years ago in the role of Bar Manager for licensed events. Since then my role has grown and I am now a partner in the Business.

My main role involves taking bookings, organizing events, meeting clients and working closely with our customers and front of house team to ensure every event runs smoothly.

I pride myself on my meticulous attention to detail and customer service which has helped the business go from strength to strength.

I also like to be hands on in the kitchen and I am at my happiest when making cakes & desserts!!
